Set quyền thư  mục là giải được vấn đề.

Nhấn chuột phải lên thư  mục temp rồi chọn properties

Rồi chọn thẻ security

Nhấn add và chọn tài khoản ASPNET

Rồi add IWAM_tenmaytinh (có thể là add nhóm người dùng USERS (không an toàn lắm))

Thử chạy lại xem có ok không.
