Sau một ngày vất vả mới tìm ra nguyên nhân của lỗi này.

Chắc chắn có cài đặt Security Plus cho MDaemon và VisNetic MailScan trên cùng một máy chủ nên xảy ra sự xung đột như thế này.
Xóa bớt một trong hai phần mềm này là các Email sẽ được gửi đến cho local users lại bình thường.

Theo mình được biết thì cả hai phần này cùng làm chức năng Scan Emails (virus, spam, nội dung, . . .), vì vậy mà nó có thể đã xung đột với nhau nên dẫn đến lỗi như vậy.
