Khi gặp lỗi này trên Mail Server MDaemon thì các bạn hãy làm theo các bước sau đây.

• Kiểm tra lại trên Mail Server gửi đi và Mail Server nhận, xóa tất cả DNS Records, tên miền đã từng thêm vào Mail Server gửi đi và Mail Server nhận thư.

Việc  xóa tên miền đã thêm vào Mail Server MDaemon 10.x.x có hơi khác chút, nếu các bạn không quan sát kỹ sẽ không nhận ra làm thế nào để xóa đâu.

• Mở giao diện MDaemon ra.
• Chọn mục Setup >> Extra Domains >> tìm đến tên miền nào đã thêm lúc trước rồi xóa nó.

Còn các phiên bản Mail Server MDaemon cũ về trước, thì giao diện để xóa tên miền dễ nhận ra hơn.
