Vấn đề này chỉ có thể xảy ra nếu có một Group Policy object (GPO) mà giới hạn những chương trình nào bạn có thể chạy. Những chương trình sẽ bị hạn chế nếu 2 policies sau đây được thiết lập, cả domain group policy và local computer group policy.

   
• Do not run specified Windows applications.
• Run only the allowed Windows applications.

Nếu bạn là administrator bạn có thể kiểm tra theo sau:

   
• Start >> Run >> Gõ mmc
• File >> Add / Remove Snap-in
• Add >> Chọn Group Policies Object Editor >> Finish >> Ok
• Local Computer Policy >> User Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> System

Đến đây là thấy được các policies này có thiết lập hay không.

   
• Do not run specified Windows applications.
• Run only the allowed Windows applications.

Sử dụng tùy chọn Not Configured trong Properties để tắt các thiết lập.
