Lỗi này do thư mục chạy web chưa được create như một application, mà thư mục đó ở đây là  \testupaspx\
Để create application cho một thư mục nào đó thì bạn làm theo sau nhé:

   
• Mở IIS ra nhé >> Chọn tên miền gachthanhbinh.com >> Click chuột phải lên thư mục  \testupaspx\ chọn Properties >>
• Tới đây Create thư mục đó thành Application >> Click ok >> Click ok

Vậy là xong thôi.
